Sacramento Metro Arts Commission, as part of a redevelopment project for the Park, has commissioned the sculpture  Shadow Flowers, to be installed at Burberry Park in Sacramento, CA, beginning of May 2013.

The original location has been landscaped with a path and garden to create a destination for art lovers.

At the base of the sculpture will be a seven foot long mosaic bench, created in collaboration with the Burberry community.  The petals of the large flowers will cast colored shadows on those who relax there.

Citrus Heights, CA  2013 

The City of Citrus Heights  has commissioned an Arts project that incorporates recycled soda bottles to shine a light on the importance of recycling.  

Each sculpture is built around  a street lamp. 
The inner forms are filled with cut plastic soda bottles that shine in the sun by day and reflect the LED bulb by night.
